Design Features

RESICAST type designed specifically for corrosive chemical service. Capacities up to 100 m3/hr. Total Head up to 70 meters. Temperatures up to 200 -250 Deg C in a variety of corrosion resistant metals & alloys aptly selected for your specific applications.

Casing & Backplate

Heavy duty construction with back pull pull out design for ease of installation & maintenance.

Impeller

We offer Open, Semi Open & Close type impeller with smooth surface optimally designed to handle a variety of corrosive & abrasive liquid, minimize radial & axial loads as well maximize hydraulic efficiency. We offer radial vane semi impellers as standard which offers longer life, reasonable efficiency & makes our pumps suitable for slurry applications as well.

Packing & Sealing

Gland packing as well as both internal and external sealing options available in a variety of faces (SiC- Ceramic, GFT- Ceramic, TC- Carbon, SiC -Carbon) as well as bellow options as per the demands of the application.

Shaft

Both Sleeved & Solid options available. Shaft designed to offer one of the lowest L3/D4 ratios(Stiffness Ratio) to minimize deflection at stuffing box faces & provide longer mechanical seal & bearing life. This gives our pump the ability to operate trouble free even closer to shut off or further away from the best efficiency point.

Bearing Frame, Bearings and Couplings

Heavy bearings on the drive shaft housed in a rugged cast iron bearing frame provides solid support to ensure long bearing life.Liberally designed Love Joy coupling provided as standard
